Wireframes
This page features two basic job aid wireframes and the wireframe library that I curated for our content dev team. The wireframes were designed in collaboration, with feedback from the team. However, I was the primary author and created the library, wireframe annotations, and wireframe description tables, found in our wireframe library. The wireframe library not only guided the content dev team, but also the client SMEs once we transitioned the three-year project. Below you can find three common job aids wireframes from out library out of a total of five. Click Unite Wireframes to view the entire library, including tables that define the information types of each kind of job aid wireframe. Here are lists of the featured skills and common challenges related to wireframe development:

Concept wireframe
The following wireframe presented in this section guides the development of concept job aids. In our organization, concept job aids, or "about" job aids define the interrelated ideas and potential tasks for the object-oriented design group. Concept job aids contain six key content elements to help users gain an overview of tasks within a specific area of Unite. Subheading content, images, and tables present supporting content to illustrate or elaborate key broad concepts.
Specific & generalized task wireframe
The wireframe presented in this section guides the development of specific and generalized task job aids. In our organization, specific and generalized task job aids define steps that refer to a narrowly defined, specific task, such as Add a logo. A generalized task job aid defines broader steps that might refer users to more narrowly described steps of a specific task job aid, such as Edit a user role. Specific and generalized task job aids contain six key content elements.
Conditional task wireframe
The wireframe presented in this section guides the development of conditional task job aids. In our organization, conditional job aids define steps that vary depending on the task, including at least two conditions. For example, Reassign an Application for Review defines steps for assigning an application to (1) selected viewers and (2) a standard review group. Conditional task job aids contain six key content elements.
